JUNO THE ELEPHANT REVEALED AS THE TOP CHRISTMAS PRESENT FOR 2019 BY UK CHILDREN

JUNO THE ELEPHANT REVEALED AS THE TOP CHRISTMAS PRESENT FOR 2019 BY UK CHILDREN

  • DC’s popular Transforming Remote Control Batmobile comes in second
  • Boppi the Booty Shaking Llama claimed the third spot in the top 10 list

Parents look no further, as the year’s top Christmas presents for children have now been revealed, with Juno the Elephant taking the top spot due to its cute and lovable nature.

Leading German battery brand, VARTA, recruited six child toy testers to put the year’s most anticipated toys through their paces to determine which deserved to be crowned as the year’s top toys, as judged by kids, for kids.

The lucky children, all aged between 5-8 years old, were given the job of a lifetime to become one of VARTA Batteries’ 2019 Toy Testers following over 400 applications from across the country.

The toys were put to the test in a thorough judging session held at The Broadway Shopping Centre, Bradford, and the children carefully judged each toy against six key categories: Fun-factor, usability factor, cool-factor, excitement-factor, breakability-factor and finally, if they would put the toy on their own Christmas list.

Juno the Elephant topped the list, scoring an impressive 136.5/256, with children most impressed with how funny it was when she threw her peanuts, as well as how cute and naughty she was.

Coming in second was the popular DC Transforming Remote Control Batmobile with 135.75. Scoring highly on the fun-factor category, this is one not to be missed with one tester confirming “there is nothing I don’t like about this toy.” And in third was Boppi The Booty Shakin' Llama, a must buy thanks to its ability to make the children laugh.

We hope by sharing what children really want to find under the tree, that we will help them relax and make the most out of the year’s festivities.”
